Planning for the Future is Not Necessary

Here's an idea to dive into and contemplate on a day of rest.

As infinite human beings, we don't ever have to plan to create our future. The reason why is simple to grasp.

You don't have to plan to create your  future because in reality it does not yet exist.

This moment exists and whatever pattern you create right now will dictate the future you experience.

The future is the next moment - a new NOW so to speak. You are creating that future with your consciousness as you read these words in fact.

Live in this moment focused only on yourself, for it is the only reality you have influence over.

Live in joy by removing the encumbrances that restrict your expression of life today.

And if you think these things are impossible to do, simply realize that's fine. In another  moment perhaps what is impossible now will become the reality of your life.

It's always your choice to make - embrace and love that fact about your reality in this moment.

Open  your  heart to realize that the future only exists based on the reality you're manifesting in this moment - Now.

Your consciousness will create miracles if you allow it to be so.

Personal Development Also Develops Consciousness

I know that you are very busy these days. Running like a crazy person most days. Working on so many important things you feel like you can’t take on any more.

But if you’re like the majority of people, you’re overlooking a very important life expansion tool.

Personal development can be anything that expands your thinking, provides new ideas and gives you new action steps to follow in making your life work better, with less stress.

It’s not always easy to put those ideas into action because they generally involve change. As we all know, change can be challenging if viewed as tedious.

I recommend spending fifteen to thirty minutes each day in realizing your personal development goals. That short time can make a big difference in your life.

You can find the time by:

• Starting your day thirty minutes earlier. I like to use the mornings as my personal development time.
• Ending your day thirty minutes later.
• Using half of your lunch hour as personal development time.
• Taking thirty minutes before you go to bed as personal development time.

The point is everyone has time. Whether you chose to use it or not is a personal decision you have to make for yourself.

Where Did Your Enlightened Path Begin

 I was reflecting today on the time I began to walk the path of wanting to learn the meaning and purpose of life.

For me, it all began in 1984.

At that time, I was working as a fashion/advertising photographer in Chicago. One  day, after a particularly weird photo shoot for a notable fashion designer of the day, I dared to ask the question, "What the hell is this crazy life all about anyway?"

I realized it had to be more than the experience of fashion, advertising, marketing
and money.

Soon their after, I was given a single book, that changed my view of life.

Within eighteen months, I was on the road, taking photographs of the beauty in small miracles I found around me and exploring all of the tremendous experiences that life had to offer.

By the mid 1990's I began studying Reiki and became a Reiki Master Teacher in 1997.

Then, in 2002 I learned about Vianna Stibal's work and Theta Healing. I found Theta Healing so impactful, that I began teaching it by 2003.

Theta Healing was the work that physically demonstrated to me that we are all living as divine beings, expressing life as we choose, through our unique free will.

It provided me with a wonderful tool to use when overcoming life challenges. It helps me to reamin connect to the deepest wisdom in the depths of my consciousness to this day.

Your Why Has to Be Big Enough

Why do any of us do anything? The reason is we either have to or there is a mission we want to fulfill in accomplishing a task.

When you HAVE to do something, you often approach it with a heavy heart. It's an obligation that has to be met. Your results generally reflect that state of mind.

For the tasks that help you expand and extend your personal mission in life, you jump in, move with conviction and complete the task seemingly effortlessly.

The reason for doing task # 2 was inspiring. Your why or reason was big enough to motivate you. As a result, your outcome is stellar. You feel great and want to do more.

The lesson to learn is aim high, reach for the stars and take consistent action steps to reach those lofty ideals.

You'll hit them more often than not because your why will inspire you and take you over the top.

When fear and doubt creep in, use your inner knowing to work your way through.

Having tools at your disposal like Theta Healing or Reiki will help you to stay on track and keep moving forward in the direction of your dreams.

The reason is, you'll have a way to resolve and remove the block in your life that are holding you back today.

Are You Ready for a 'Changed' Vision of the World

With just two weeks to go before our next Theta Healing Seminar, I found myself reflecting on the change that has been going on in the world.

We’ve all heard it. The theme in the stream of consciousness in our society for the past year or more has been all about change due to harsh times.

The events of the past year have shown that we need to come together as a human family to support and heal ourselves and one another in every way we can. Challenging times tend to bring people together.

Challenging times also tend to make us all seek a deeper meaning to our life.

Could it be that the answer to life’s meaning is not “out there?”

Instead, it is hidden deep within each of us; at the center of our inner Universe called "self".

When we open our heart and allow the energy that is the ‘true’ human being to see the light of day, peace comes over us.

This is the point where we can heal ourselves and others. It is the place where struggle ends and peace and joy begin.

Is This Your Fear Too?

I had one of the Theta Healing Seminar participants write in recently with this question. I thought others on this list may be experiencing something similar.

Here's what she wrote.

"My biggest fear at this time is what will happen [after the Theta Healing Seminar]when my true self is allowed to come out and play; will I be accepted, what will the consequence be. Am I willing to take the chance?"

My guided response.

In past times, most of us have been persecuted for standing up, expressing and being the miracle we all truly are.

When you open your heart and allow your true self to shine, you will become a beacon for others, in the same situation, to follow.

This is why you're here on Earth now.

Your time is arriving and you know it. Your heart is willing but your ego is trying to hold you back by creating fear, doubt and uncertainty when it comes to realizing and expanding into your full potential.

You are blessed, loved and supported by the miracle that created you, always.

No matter how you express your connection to the divine today, the patterns, thoughts and energy is woven into the very fabric of your being; whether you outwardly realize it or not.

Feel that in your heart today and the fear will subside. You are not alone in your quest.

A Very Valid Concern About Theta Healing

This concern came up recently about Theta Healing classes. Since one person had this question, I’ll assume other do as well.

Here is the question:

It would seem that everyone involved in theta healing, is either running workshops or running seminars or teaching of some kind. Why is it so difficult to find a practitioner who is interested in the practice of [Theta] healing for its own sake , on an individual basis , without this aggressive push to workshops and seminars?

And my reply:

I think this is a very valid question and concern on your part. Thank you for entrusting me to provide the answer that resonates with you best.

Once you learn Theta Healing, you experience many wonderful things. You realize that the gift from God that Theta Healing provides is deep, personal and profound.

You also realize that healing is a longer term endeavor. Without having the tools to use, you are dependent on others to do the deep, spiritual work for you. This causes dependence and can actually inhibit healing to occur.

Healing dependence leads to self dis-empowerment over time. You have probably seen examples of this all the time in your life. People go to one practitioner, then another, then yet another and nothing really seems to change for them.

They keep feeling sorrow that they are not being healed and wonder why.

The reason for that is, healing happens internally, within each of us, as the need arises.

As one issue is resolved, it opens the door for another to surface. As a result, in our society today, healing is needed throughout our life as different experience/adventures unfold.

It is not something that can actually be done 'to you'. It is your gift to find a way, extend and enhance your life and understand the miracle that you were born into this life to see on your own, deep, personal level.

That miracle is each of us, realizing, then unfolding and living our direct connection to God, the divine miracle, which created us all in the first place.

So many of us learn the Theta Healing work,

Practice it

Realize that the most profound healing comes from each human being learning how to have a tool like this at their disposal and move on to a model of teaching.

Teaching Theta Healing means sharing the good news that we have a way to deal with life's challenges and grow into our natural birthright to take our rightful place in the Universe.

So, we teach. However, everyone who teaches also practices, every day.

On ourselves, our families, and with those who seek us out. I am always delighted to do a session with anyone who wants one.

However, my personal preference would be to have them invest their energy in a class, so they have the tool to use for the rest of their lives to expand their consciousness.

I will always do a session whenever requested or when people seek me out.

I love the work and I love connecting so deeply with divine energy to assist a fellow human being in unfolding and expanding their consciousness.
