Learn to Work Smarter Not Harder

There is a trend in training lately to teach methods of working fewer hours and getting more work done. For some people, that may seem impossible.

But once you understand a few basics, it can easily become a reality. All you have to know is how to analyze your schedule and tasks to get important things done first.

Here is a great exercise that will really help you discover this vital information. It comes from  The Society of Secrets; a group that empowers people to live the life of their dreams while helping others.

1. For the next 3-days keep a journal of everything you do with your time each day.

2. At the end of the 3-day period, group each activity into a physical movement. Like the assembly line at an automobile plant, your daily schedule can be much more productive by grouping tasks into physical movements.

3. Each physical movement becomes a “Mini-day”. Spend a specific amount of time everyday on each of your mini-days.

4. See where you are wasting time and stop.

You’ll find that you spend 1 to 3 hours every day on activities that do not take you to your desired goal. Eliminate those distractions. Save them for after work or drop them all together.
